    Most of Villa compounds provide comprehensive facilities, such as club houses, mini-markets, and even golf courses. Postal Services & Express Mail Service
Most of the housing complexes for foreigners provide postage and mail your letters for you. Technically, only "Post Office-issued", envelopes are accepted for mailing domestically and internationally. Approved envelopes have red boxes in the upper left-hand corner for the postal code. Envelopes are on sale at all post offices.
